      <image:caption>Executive Director Greeneprints Strategy, Camp Fort Greene Founder + Director Eisa earned a BA from Sarah Lawrence College and an MA from Teachers College, Columbia University. She has taught elementary school in Baltimore and in East Harlem and led afterschool reading workshops for middle school students through a program funded by the National Book Foundation, where she has also worked as an education consultant. Eisa teaches literature and writing to undergraduates at Hunter College and Baruch College and regularly writes lesson plans for Mosaic Literary Magazine. A novelist, essayist, and award-winning journalist whose work often explores various aspects of African American culture, Eisa has written numerous articles about education and child development, and she wrote the curriculum guide for the feature documentary film Alice Walker: Beauty in Truth. After serving for many years as a co-opted member of the Brooklyn Friends School Advancement Committee, Eisa joined the school’s Board of Trustees in Fall 2021. A former class parent and co-chair of the PAT Diversity Committee at Brooklyn Friends, Eisa was also co-president of the PAT, served on the fundraising committee, and served on the committee to hire a new Head of School. Eisa’s volunteer work extends to the broader New York Community. She serves on the Advisory Board of play:groundNYC, the organization that runs the adventure playground on Governor’s Island. Eisa served as president of Mocha Moms Brooklyn for four years and, in that capacity, launched the organization’s annual Education Expo, which provides school admissions information for Brooklyn families. During her son’s preschool years, Eisa was actively involved in parent-led cooperative playgroups organized to support families living in Fort Greene. A proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Eisa is active in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania's Omega Omega chapter. Her committee work includes membership on the 1926 Foundation Scholarship Committee. Eisa founded Camp Fort Greene to provide a high quality, low-cost camping experience for her son and all his neighborhood buddies. Eisa manages all aspects of camp direction, including program and staff development, grants, community outreach, and daily directorial duties.</image:caption>

In 2008, she founded Hank &amp; JoJo/Fort Greene Greene General Store, a popular children's brand come retail storefront come baby and toddler educational programming resource, that she sold in the Spring of 2016. Andriana has served as Board Treasurer for Camp Fort Greene at Greeneprints Inc. since it’s inception, and is Vice President of Marketing for Chelsea Piers Fitness in New York City.</image:caption>
